Check entry requirements and tuition fees for each programme.

Admission into each programme at QIU is based on MHE entry requirements and English proficiency requirements. Once you have decided on the programme that you would like to apply for, check both sets of requirements to determine your eligibility. You can find the requirements for each programme listed on the undergraduate studies page.

Apply (by filling out an application form)

You can either visit the admission office at the university campus from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to get the form, or you can download the forms HERE. Then you need to fill out the form and take it to your school to be certified. Finally, you need to bring the certified form with a copy of your passport to the admission office. *Write your full name as spelled on your passport.

Wait to receive acceptance from the university

When the registration period is over, your application will go through a selection process in accordance with UTM and MHE regulations. It is based on various criteria, such as grades, GPA, and the completed branch of high school study.

Once you get the acceptance, you will be notified by the university. Then you are required to visit the admission office and bring the below documents:
