Formal memorandum of understanding was signed between (Qaiwan International University) and the (President Jalal Talabani Foundation)

زانکۆی (QIU) و دامەزراوەی سەرۆک جەلال تاڵەبانی یاداشتنامەیکیان واژۆکرد

زانکۆی قەیوانی نێودەوڵەتی و دامەزراوەی سەرۆک جەلال تاڵەبانی ڕۆژی (٢٠٢٣/١٠/١٦) یاداشتنامەیەکی لێکتێگەیشتنیان واژۆکرد، بەپێی یاداشتنامەکە هەردوو دامەزراوە (توێژینەوە و کۆنفڕانس و پڕۆژە و ئیڤێنت)ی هاوبەش ئەنجام دەدەن. یاداشتنامەی لێکتێگەیشتنەکە لە لایەن هەردوو بەڕێزان پ. ی. د. اسماعیل بن عبدالرحمان (سەرۆکی زانکۆی قەیوانی نێودەوڵەتی) و د. محمد صابر (سەرۆکی دامەزراوەی سەرۆک جەلال تاڵەبانی)، لە مەراسیمێکدا واژۆکرا و ژمارەیەک ئەندامانی ئەنجومەنی زانکۆ و بەڕێوەبەرەکانی هەردوو دامەزراوەکە ئامادەی بوون.

یاداشتنامەکە دەرفەت دەدات بە هەردوو دامەزراوەکە ژێرخانی یەکتری بۆ کارە مرۆیی و ڕۆشنبیری و پەروەردەییەکان بەکاربهێنن و پڕۆژە و توێژینەوە و کۆنفڕانس و چالاکی هاوبەش ئەنجام بدەن، لەسەر بوارە جیاوازەکان.

On (October 16, 2023) a formal memorandum of understanding was signed between (Qaiwan International University) and the (President Jalal Talabani Foundation). As per the terms outlined in the memorandum, both entities will collaborate on joint research initiatives, conferences, projects, and events.

This significant MoU was officially executed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail bin Abdulrahman (President of Qaiwan International University) and Dr. Mohammed Saber (President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation). The signing ceremony was attended by numerous members from the university council and executives from both organizations.

This agreement will facilitate the mutual utilization of each institution's resources for purposes related to humanitarian, cultural, and educational endeavors. It will also serve as the foundation for the joint execution of projects, research, conferences, and activities spanning diverse fields.
