Formal ceremony took place during which Assist. Prof. Dr. Ismail bin Abdulrahman and Mr. Hawzhin Osman Mohammed, signed a memorandum of understanding.

On (November 16, 2023), a formal ceremony took place during which Assist. Prof. Dr. Ismail bin Abdulrahman (President of QIU) and Mr. Hawzhin Osman Mohammed (President of Sulaimani Syndicate of Health Employees), signed a memorandum of understanding.

The event was attended by dignitaries from the Syndicate of Health Employees, Dr. Ahmed Abdullah, (Vice President for Scientific Affairs), and Dr. Rebaz Nabi, (Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs) along with several directors from various university centers and directorates.

As stipulated in the memorandum, the collaborative efforts between the two institutions will encompass joint activities, projects, and events and mutually facilitate capacity-building courses for their respective staff and engage in collaborative scientific and health projects.
