On December 6, 2023, a meeting presided by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah (Vice President for Scientific Affairs), was held upon the research incentive program for faculty members of Qaiwan International University. During the meeting of which Dr. Rebaz M. Nabi (Vice President for Administrative, Financial, and Student Affairs) was present at the meeting, along with various deans and directors, emphasis was placed on the significance of engaging in scientific research, supporting the publication of scientific journals within the university, streamlining the ranking process, and fostering a collaborative "one team" approach in these domains.
