Anwar Sheikha Medical City formally declared the inauguration of its liver transplant center

On January 7, 2024, Anwar Sheikha Medical City, serving as the Teaching Hospital for Qaiwan International University (QIU), formally declared the inauguration of its liver transplant center and celebrated the successful completion of the inaugural liver transplant surgery. A commemorative ceremony was organized to mark this significant milestone and was attended by the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, and Heads of Departments of Qaiwan International University.
