The inaugural session of the course "Active Researcher: Authentic Research for Financial Freedom," took place on January 13, 2024, at the Training and Development Center (TDC) of Qaiwan International University, with the active participation of educators and researchers. Assist. Prof. Dr. Abbas Burhan Salayi, a lecturer at Salahaddin University-Erbil, elucidated the day's subjects, which focused on motivating participants to embark on research endeavors. Topics included a concise overview of common research practices, an introduction to prominent research publishing centers, and an explanation of the journal evaluation process, incorporating criteria such as Impact Factor. Additionally, Professor Dr. Rauf Kareem Mahmoud, the Supervisor of the Training and Development Center, emphasized the importance of executive learning in the course and urged participants to diligently prepare proposals for original research, highlighting the significance of successful completion.
