Fee is paid:

Students will be charged RM45.00 to retain active student status and 100% tuition fee refunds.

Students who apply for special leave after the course add/drop period.

No charges for retaining active student status and no tuition fee refund.

Students who apply for special leave four (4) weeks before the first day of the University final examination for the following reasons:

• Health problems (critical diseases) that are validated by a government hospital doctor.
• Official national affairs supported by official documents.

No charges for retaining active student status and a 50% tuition fee refund only.
