QIU Virtual Pharmacy is a unique and innovative concept that provides a classroom-like environment specifically designed for teaching purposes. Inside, neatly arranged shelves display empty medication packages, allowing aspiring students to engage in hands-on learning experiences without the risks associated with handling actual medications. This simulated setting enables students to practice various aspects of pharmacy, such as inventory management and prescription processing, including counseling patients on medication usage, while developing their skills and knowledge in a safe and controlled environment. With a focus on experiential learning, our virtual pharmacy enables our students to gain practical expertise, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality healthcare services once they enter real-world pharmacy.

Pharmaceutics Laboratory

The QIU Pharmaceutics Lab is student-centered and aims to provide aspiring pharmaceutical professionals with a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Optometry Clinic

The Optometry Clinic is where students get real-world experience and training with state-of-the-art equipment for conducting eye exams, conducting vision tests, and assessing visual fields. They are trained to correct patients' vision with glasses and contact lenses, diagnose eye diseases, and write prescriptions. Additionally, the clinic focuses on binocular problem management and primary eye care, equipping students with the skills necessary to excel in the field of optometry.

Phantom Lab

The Dental Phantom Lab simulates a dental clinic environment with 25 dental workstations (24 student units and 1 instructor unit) equipped with dental chairs, dental units, and cutting-edge dental instruments. Each workstation is designed to accommodate dental phantoms, also known as dental mannequins, as well as the oral cavity, teeth, and gums of a real patient.

Prosthodontics Lab

The Prosthodontics Laboratory has all the cutting-edge dental equipment and specialized instruments needed to create a wide range of prosthetic teeth. Professional prosthodontists and dental technicians work together in the lab to design and fabricate prosthetics that are tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Pre-clinic Lab

The Dental Carving Lab is equipped with 19 dental workstations and a wide range of dental instruments designed specifically for carving and shaping dental restorations. Each workstation typically includes a dental model or tooth replica on which students practice their carving techniques.

Anatomy Laboratory

In the anatomy lab, students engage in hands-on activities to study the structure and organization of the human body. They may dissect specimens, examine anatomical models, identify various body parts, and study their functions and interrelationships. The students' work in the anatomy lab enhances their comprehension of the complexity of the human body.

Chemistry Laboratory

The chemistry laboratory is a dynamic and well-equipped center of experimentation and innovation, fostering scientific excellence and discovery by enabling students to investigate the wonders of chemistry in a safe and collaborative environment.
