During a seminar conducted on December 12, 2023, at Qaiwan International University, Dr. Bakhtiar Talabani, a University Lecturer and Human Development Trainer, underscored the significance of effective time management. He emphasized that a delay of one year in academic pursuits could result in being surpassed by 20-30 thousand graduates. The seminar, organized by the Entrepreneurship Club of QIU, featured Dr. Bakhtiar Talabani providing a comprehensive discourse on the university phase, guiding students on leveraging it as a pivotal period for constructing their future.
