A training session entitled "Employee Onboarding & Orientation" was presented by Ms. Liza Karwan, a graduate of the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department from Faculty of Management and Social Sciences at Qaiwan International University on (January 14, 2024).

The session highlighted the importance of employee onboarding and orientation in achieving a high level of retention among newly hired staff in her workshop and how a key element of effective onboarding is ensuring that employees have a positive initial experience, facilitating a seamless transition into their work responsibilities.
