GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.0   Any form of further implementation may be made within the guidelines of this Academic Rules and Regulations. All the implementation must be in accordance with the guidelines. Nevertheless, the Senate has the right to make amendment from time to time as the need arises.

1.1   In the event of any conflicting views, the rules stated in the Universities and university Colleges Act 1971 will be adopted.

1.2   Information listed in the academic rules and regulation is accurate at the time of       publication.
