FINAL EXAMINATIONS AND ASSESSMENTS RESULTS

• The results of course examinations and assessments will be in grades and grade value forms (Table 4).
• For courses with final examinations, the attendance of students during the examination is the main condition for course grade calculation.

The result for each course will be given the following statuses accordingly:

LU-Pass

F1- Course failure for the first time

F2-Course failure for the second time

F3-Course failure for the third time

PK-Credit Transfer

PC-Credit Exemption

TL-Incomplete

UD-Audit

FD-Disciplinary Action

XX-Absent with permission

YY-Absent without permission

ZZ-Not allowed to sit for final examinations for the related courses; or not given assessment marks for courses without final examinations.

• The processing fee of RM100.00 is imposed on students for each course with YY or ZZ result. 

 Incomplete Status (TL)

• The TL status is given to academic project/practical training/practicum/industrial training/clinical training course which cannot be completed within the set semester. 
•  Courses with TL status need to be given grades and actual marks after students have completed the course requirements during the additional period approved by JAKP/JAF/JAN/JAI of the present semester.
• Students with TL course status for more than one semester (other than Clause 2.20.5.2) must re-register for the course and pay the tuition fees for the upcoming semester.

Students that belong under Clause 2.20.5.3 are considered repeating the course and not fulfilling the terms and conditions for ANC.
