REACTIVATION OF STUDENT STATUS AFTER REVOCATION (GT)
- The application for the reactivation of student status can be made online through Student Portal within fourteen (14) days after the list of Gugur Taraf (GT) is announced.
- Each application will be charged a fee of RM50.00.
Each approved application will be imposed with:
- the reactivation of the student status fee of RM50.00, and a fine of RM100.00 for late payment of off-term registration.
Applicants who intend to apply for the reactivation of student status outside of the appeal period are subjected to the terms below:
- The appeal must use the Appeal to Reactivate Student Status form together with the Application of Special Leave form which has been approved by the College of Studies/Faculty/Academic Centre/UiTM Branch.
- The applicant is only allowed to continue study for the coming semester and is given Special Leave status during the on-going semester.
- For students who have paid the fees prior to the application, the fees can be refunded after the deduction of the processing fee, the fine for reactivation of student status, and the fee for the maintenance of student status during Special Leave.
