UNIVERSITY STUDENT’S STATUS

   A University student’s status is subject to these terms:  

  1.  Registered as a student under the University to follow an academic programme at the stipulated dates,
  2.  Completed the payment of tuition fees no later than the  stipulated date, and
  3.   Registered for the courses set within the study plan for the particular semester within the stipulated period.
  • New full-time students who have fulfilled the terms under Clause 2.2.1.1 and Clause 2.2.1.2 and applied for withdrawal within the 30-day period from the date of the registration (offer letter) are allowed to request for refunds of tuition and service fees.
  • Ongoing full-time students who have fulfilled the terms under Clause 2.2.1.1 and Clause 2.2.1.2 and applied for withdrawal within the 30-day period from the lecture starting date of the particular semester are allowed to request for refund of tuition and service fees.
